Cancellation Policy

Welcome to our cleaning services! Before we get started, please review our cancellation policy and terms of service.

To avoid any fees, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling.

24 hours or more: No charge
Less than 24 hours: 50% cancellation fee
Same-day cancellation: Full charge
No access upon arrival: Full charge
